Why am I not getting email from CDW?
Our emails are now being delivered from a new domain name that might be blocked by your system. Please be sure that domain name cdwemail.com and IP addresses 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 are added to your safe senders list. Contact your Internet administrator if you require assistance. Please check your Junk folder or SPAM filter for any email you might have received prior to making this update.
I would prefer to have a text-only email. Is that still an option?
Of course! We’ve set the HTML format as the default so you get the best visual representation for the message. If you would prefer a text-only format, please send us an email. Be sure to indicate the email address associated with your account in the body of the email.
